you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings or toys to chew on..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth by increasing the blood circulation

Lost most of his baby teeth, but one or more teeth aren't coming out (The dentist might need to remove the tooth.) Pain or signs of infection (like swollen gums or pain)
