Apply coconut oil or aloe Vera gel
Apply ghee regularly
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Stay hydrated
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals mashed sweet potatoes
