ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 weeks agoA. dear mum , low wt gain can b due to inadequate breastfeed which can b due to problem in latch of baby look for correct latch maximum possible areola of breast shd b in baby mouth , lower lip curled out chin shd touch the breast at one session feed from only one breast
