While boarding the flight especially during take off and landing make sure the baby is sucking something like either feeding and give pacifier to maintain air pressure in ear and take along baby bag with all essentials and avoid feeding immediately before take off

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello take necessary precautions and sanitise your hands frequently and baby can experience ear pain feeding while take off and landing is advisable either breastfeed or bottle feed which ever you are comfortable with should be safe not a problem
