#asktheexperts we not aware of perfect food to my child only we are giving rice and curry any can you suggest me best food so we prepare chats we both are working wife and me. her weight is 11.6 from last 1 years

A. There is no perfect food to be given to the child from the age of nine months onward your child is supposed to eat the same food that you are eating as parents as a family in the house even the parents are working the food is going to be that is what you need to offer to the child
