You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.keep good hygiene

It Could have been just a tear duct blocked which is why your child is having tear into the left eye so you can just gently massage the nose of the child and in front of the ice area so it is going to help in opening it up in the water is going to stop over the period
