Processed and refined foods , also you may involve your self in some form of physical activity such as brisk walking , or dance workouts or yoga etc for at least 30 to 45 mins

Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
