Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as a breastfeeding mother take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre and give proper attachment to the baby while breastfeeding it will increase the breast milk consult your doctor for more guidance regarding this
