Namaste Mom, The baby can be given almost nearing to family foods now , soft consistency foods are preferable , give them dry fruits , nuts , seeds, also you can give them ghee , panner milk in cooked form as well is good , you can also give them rice , roti dal, vegetables , fruits , sago , dalia , oats , idli , upma
