Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday xand maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvementd after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean thex area with soap and water

Take some mild antiseptic liquid added into a teaspoon of warm water and after that you can just clean this area properly with that after that apply Boroline anti septic cream as of now if you see it is becoming better than continue with the same and you can apply this 5 to 6 times in the day otherwise please consult your paediatrician
