#asktheexperts the birth weight of my baby was 2.1 kgs, at 12 weeks she is 3.9 kgs. Is that expected weight gain?

His birth weight was 2.96 kgs and lowest birth weight was 2.4 kgs. till 2 months back his weight was 8.8 which was constant uptill 4 months. now after 2 months he is 9 kgs. is it something to worry. as he is gaining weight very less and few months not at all gain weight.
