You should just massage the gums regularly with a soft and wet cloth apart from that start with homoeopathic tablet number 21 and if your child is more irritated because of that you can also use a Teether and if that is going to be very comforting for the child

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello before the chuld gets teeth u should use a finger brush frim babyhug and after chuld get teeth u can start brushing baby teeth using a fluoride free toothpaste wgifh should be better and also safe and absolutely nothing to worry about
