make the bathroom steamy by running hot water and sit in the bathroom with your baby in your lap for 10-15 minutes
foment the baby's ears nose throat with a warm cotton cloth
add a pinch of turmeric powder in milk and apply this paste a little warm on the baby's nose and forehead in the night
put a room humidifier and add a few drops of eucalyptus oil
keep the baby clean hygienic hydrated and warm
cover the baby's ears properly
