ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum, for your 10 months old baby, you can give vegetables like carrot, beetroot, sweet potato and even green leafy vegetables like spinach. you can give small, soft pieces of paneer as a gravy or even paneer bhurji.
