Q.

#asktheexperts sometimes she will not eat rice and her stool is very tight I will give water and milk too but she will suffer for the stool

A. ok. to avoid constipation you can give your child more fiber rich food, fruits n veggies. give only luke warm water to drink it will help her all the very best
