#asktheexperts Sir, my daughter has total bilirubin 14.13 mg/dl. It was 19.75 mg/Dl on 4th August,2025. She was hospitalized and given phototherapy. But now with 14.13 mg/Dl hospital discharged her.

A. 14.3 still on the higher side which is I’m going to recommend you in general that you should keep your child into 30 to 60 minutes into indirect sunlight and also you should start with a vitamin D supplement which is very important for initial one year
