#asktheexperts sir my child is 8.9 kgs. he is 1 year 20 days old.. birth weight 3. 1 .. please give suggestion how to gain his weight?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum child should triple the birth weight by 1 year weight is slightly less but if child is active playful achieving growth milestones then do not worry encourage intake of all family foods variety of food groups 3 meals and two healthy snacks
