Q.
#asktheexperts sir, my baby is 4 month 27 days old. she got USG at her first month due to urinary infection and fever. it shows right ovary contains multiple follicles. doctor asked us to do this again after 3 months. and we did it yesterday and it shows that right ovary presents normal and left ovary is bulky due to large follicles. sir,what does it mean?, why it happens?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, yes, some infant too have follicles in overy because of mothers hormone, usually it's, self limiting, but after 3 month it's not reducing need to do further management, good to consult with ur doctor for same.
