SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, apply moisturiser twice or thrice in a day. Since the weather is too cold make sure to apply moisturiser and use soft clothes. Avoid using powders. Every day massage with coconut oil and give bath. Use lukewarm water to give bath. If the acne are not reducing Then please consult your paediatrician and change the moisturiser. Initial days these are all few things which we have to keep monitoring and change
