Q.

#asktheexperts sir, my 5.8 years old daughter is limping by right side since last 6 days. before that she reported sprain in her groin area for 2 days. Dr says that she has hip injury after seeing the x ray report.but she has no pain and also no swelling.her limping is very little.in the morning she limps which can be observed.after that her limping is very rare.please help .

A. meet orthopedics dr in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

A. Bacterial infections can settle in growing bones and adjacent joints, and often will cause pain and limping in younger children.
