A. avoid, as it might increase the load of developing kidney of ir baby, Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.

A. Avoid salt nd sugar till 1 year.

A. A baby’s salt requirement per day is less than 1 g per day like only 0.4g of sodium and this is mostly met by the breastmilk or formula. So any extra salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. This may lead to kidney disease
