#asktheexperts She is fit but if she eats chocolate or Ice cream n drink water after it , she has cold n cough, n do to it she has vomiting too. what is the solution

A. simply avoid offering such stuff. give her immunity booster heamthy food n keep her well hyderate. .daily give her luke warm turmeric milk, all the very best.
