#asktheexperts she asks for continue feeding, I have c section sitting for long hour are very tiring As soon as she wakes up need feeding not playing and watching something.

A. hi mom dont worry have good proteins for better quality of milk hydrate well for better quality of milk and better flow of milk have shatavari powder in milk and drink
