A. In fact in the first trimester you don’t even realise it that this is happening because you know Women sometimes don’t even know that you are pregnant for three months they do not have any symptoms so if you’re having such a sharp pain and all please don’t take It lightly you should get a evaluated with your doctor and they will be able to help you correctly on this
