Your child is six years old it’s a good age for you to end your child into some activity you can put your child into karate or anything that your child like so many activities drawing painting hundreds of activities for this age and all your child make sure the classes for at least one hour to 1 1/2 hours after the child is home you can give half an hour television not mobile and then feed your child make your child sleep try to set a routine in such a way that your child sleeps by 830 in the nightso the time would be less sleep would be more
