#asktheexperts sanvi is getting cramps very frequently in her legs plz suggest what should I do so that it never hurt her again reason n solution

A. hello make sure the child drinks water well n is hydrated n also give calcium rich food in the diet n can help child get relief from frequent cramps n any concern is better to check ur doctor
