Hello ma’am Maybe there is a deficiency of calcium and vitamin D in the body so please consult your paediatrician and discuss this issue with your doctor so the doctor can advise you which supplement you need to give to your child to get rid of this issue I’m sure it is just due to some deficiency in the body
