Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. hi well ,ideally 1 year old child can take 3 major meals and 2 snacks per day. you can offer all kind of food items to your child ,there isn't any restriction on food items . Serve whatever you take in your own plate.
