ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food.
