In 1 year, there are variety of fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, boiled egg, omelette, pan cake, waffle, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, seasonal fruits, ghee, legumes and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
