#asktheexperts please suggest me good food diet for my daughter she is 10 yrs old but her weight is only 23 .

A. Hi, give three meals and two snacks. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different veggies, fruits, pulses. Include liquids like milkshake, Badam milk, buttermilk and fresh fruit juice, anything which is home-made. And keep physical activity for a day which is very important to keep the kids fit.
