Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 11 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello dear parent, there is no such meal plan for young children. Give them a balanced diet. 3 big meals and 2 small meals. And give everything like green vegetables and pulses and fruits to eat on daily basis.
