ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. your 4 month baby is doing green stools than it may be normal mostly, Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools. If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so do Consult your doctor
