#asktheexperts o Once I have warmed the breast milk kept in refrigerator, can I store it again in refrigerator, warm it again and give it to my Baby.

A. yes, but it would be good to warm that much of breast milk that required by your baby. you can use sterilised containers. Opt for plastic bottles or plastic breastmilk bags. Glass bottles may crack or chip.

A. Yes, you can reuse the breastmilk stored in refrigerator for upto 24 hours, but instead of warming it directly on stove or microwave use double boiling method as this way it will not be too warm first, and secondly, it's nutritional value will also be maintained.
