A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract . before 6 months of age the child may pass urine between 6 to 7 times to maximum of 25 times per day also. it may be in small quantity and sometimes large quantity but should be pale yellow to transparent. straining while passing urine is totally normal and the child may cry just before passing urine. the stool pattern may vary from 10 times per day to sometimes once in 10 days. if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to mild liquid than no need to worry but it shouldf not be totally watery again and again as well as should not be dry hard. no need to worry fregarding the colour as well as smell if the above criteria is met.
