 once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

There is nothing specific that you need to do this do regular walk about 1500 steps per day and do you should actually be doing yoga and every thing from 3 to 4 months of your pregnancy that right now butterfly poster Vajrasana and squats  with somebody’s help is also going to be helpful
