what kind of red colour mark the child is having is it looks like the pimples or the rashes?
if the child has any kind of red colour irritation because of the sweat or saliva from the mouth then you can apply any kind of dusting powder which will help to heal the area.
also make sure keep the area dry by cleaning it with free dry cloth
