#asktheexperts namaste my twin daughters will be completing 13 years this month still they have not started having their menses. I am worried please advice. thank you

Why are you worried in fact it is very good if they have not started having their periods actually the good age to reach the puberty is somewhere around 14 years of age if your kids have not had it that is no problem in that case and if you have any doubt is so much worrisome for you then consult a gynaecologist please
