#asktheexperts my weight is not getting normal after delivery. can you suggest me some exercise and diet plan. i have knee problem so heavy and jummping exercise not good for me.

A. Hello mam There is no need to do heavy exercise to loose weight simple walking would help u Have small and frequent meals Start your meals with a glass of water and salad Include protein with every meals like paneerC curd, milk, oats, quinoa, sporuts, soya, eggs, chicken Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet Eat your food slowly Try to sleep for 6-7 hrs Meditate for 10 mins daily Water 2-3 litre everyday Reduce intake of sugar , bread, biscuts, namkeen and sweets Walk for 30-45 mins daily
