#asktheexperts my supply is decreasing day by day .. and my baby's demand is increasing... she is 1 yr old and currently on 2 meals . she is very fussy eater..what to do?

A. hi if you want to continue breastfeeding ,I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk which will help to increase your breastmilk supply. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply. and if you want to wean your child ,I advise to do it gradually. because it is not only food for your child,it provides comfort and security too.
