Mam there is no such weight gain food you are meant to give all the foods whatever it is been made at home for your whole family plus plenty of proteins are exceptionally important in the growing gauge so focus on a diet which has good proteins and a diet which is going to be for your child and will help in overall weight gain and growth of your child
