#asktheexperts my son refuses to eat cereals. he only prefers egg white, fish fry, noodles and fried items and fruits.

i will advice you to offer your child all family food, encourage him or her to take it.
and avoid offering fried fojd, biscuits, junk food.

don't worry ..
keep trying.. u can give Cereals in other form by adding in other food items..
make eating fun.
it will be fine with time
