#asktheexperts my son is very active throughout the day. In night, he awake in between many times. what could be the reason and what we can improve for his good sleep.

What is your child do after waking up crying or your child is playing happy day because if the child is happy and playing that means a child is not sleepy but if the child is crying then either your child is crying due to stomach pain or hunger these are the most common reason so you need to work up on these two things
