each and every child has own specific sleep and feeding patterns.
so , please give food as per your child requirements.
to make your child eat better ,give few sips of water before half an hour of meal time which boost your child metabolism and increase his apetite.
take meal from single plate with your child
because kids learn most of the things by imitating their parents.
