#asktheexperts My son is having suden fever from yesterday evening, I am giving him normal paracetamol syrup 2 ml thrice a day but still he is having the fever, what should I do and having little Dry cough also please help on this.

avoid going outside.
prefer healthy diet.
give proper rest to your child
