#asktheexperts my son is 5yr old his 2 milk teeth is gone 6 months ago till now not coming back any one teeth what the reason why

A. Hi your kids milk teeth have exfoliated early as per normal time. usually within a gap of 3-6 months, after shedding of milk teeth permanent teeth erupts. so wait for some time
