#asktheexperts. My son is 5 years old. He always complains about severe pain in the foot - bridge part of the leg. It is very frequent when there is more walk and physical activities. The pain is always in the same place of both legs.

Increase the calcium intake naturally for your child. Give your child a well balanced, healthy, die and keep hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
