#asktheexperts my son is 4 yrs old.. From last 5 days he was complaining about stomach ache..he passed stool after each meal..I gave him 10ml albandazole but since no relief.. please suggest what to do??

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it looks like any stomach infection givemeftak spas for pain . Loose stool may be due to any gastric infection so milk should be avoided as it is not digested well . Give enterogermina or any other probiotic along with o r s solution to baby to prevent any dehydration . Give paracetamol of any fever .
