#asktheexperts my son is 4.9years old and has constipation issue he will pass stool after 5 days and with too difficulty before he was not eating food properly but now he eats properly but still same problem please suggest some medication for him like any constipation relief syrup likewise

Mam due to constipation also sometimes kids do not eat well so you should give more of fibres and fluids in the diet that you are giving to the child along with that also I’m going to advise you that try home remedies give about 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping apply some castor oil in the naval and also start the day with a glass of warm water making your child sit into Malaasan and if you can give Papaya in the morning that would be best
