it is not possible for you to clean the wax from inside but yes you can clean it from outside. with the help cotton cloth. you can clean the external earx as well as the wax which has drained outside from the ear. for impacted wax drops are available which will be given by your doctor and if they are severely impacted then the doctor will removex it with the help of instruments.
a visit with a pediatrician or a ent doctor is required.
